Built a full-stack generative AI platform for human-AI co-creation of Dutch "Smartlappen" (sentimental folk songs), pre-dating the public release of ChatGPT. I owned the entire stack end to end — from fine-tuning GPT-2 on a custom Dutch-language corpus to building the Node.js backend and web frontend from scratch. The infrastructure was scaled from a single on-prem server to a Google Cloud cluster handling 200+ concurrent users during live festival workshops. The platform was deployed across multiple SETUP festivals and cultural events, putting generative AI directly into the hands of non-technical audiences.
